Every carcass we produce is made using UK-manufactured melamine-faced chipboard, which is fully FSC® certified. This ensures that the wood used comes from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits.

Minimising Waste Through Smart Energy Use

Manufacturing inevitably creates waste, but how we handle it is what sets us apart. All our offcuts are fed through an integrated extraction system into our wood waste burner. This waste is then burned to provide heat for our factories, reducing our reliance on external energy sources and significantly cutting down on landfill use. It’s a closed-loop system that turns waste into warmth, and a prime example of how thoughtful engineering can support both productivity and the planet.
